Tourism East Arnhem is the peak regional tourism body supporting the growth of the tourism industry in the East Arnhem Land region of Australia's Northern Territory.
Incorporated in 1988 as the East Arnhem Land Tourist Association, Tourism East Arnhem represents the interests of a broad community which seeks to leverage the strong environmental, cultural and adventure tourism assets of East Arnhem Land.
As a peak body, Tourism East Arnhem enjoys positive relationships with key stakeholders including tourism operators, traditional owners, the Northern Territory and Commonwealth Governments as well as supporting non-government organisations such as Developing East Arnhem Limited and the Nhulunbuy Corporation.
STRATEGIC VISION
Tourism East Arnhem is working closely with its membership base and strategic partners to implement a strategic vision to enhance the East Arnhem Land Tourism Industry.
Tourism East Arnhem's broad strategic intent is;

to deliver a range of support to our membership base which helps members improve their tourism product and service offering

advocate for enhanced Australian and Northern Territory Government funding, focus and support for infrastructure and projects which delivers a quality regional tourism offering.
East Arnhem Land Destination Management PLan
The East Arnhem Land Destination Management Plan (DMP) was released in November 2021. The plan was developed through extensive consultation with traditional owners, tourism operators, Northern Territory and Commonwealth Government departments and regional stakeholders.
The DMP outlines the current state of tourism in the region, the key opportunities and challenges facing tourism development, as well as a list of priorities focused on addressing key barriers limiting the growth of the tourism industry.
Tourism East Arnhem fully supports the implementation of the DMP and continues to work collaboratively with our partners to enhance the region's visitor economy.

Membership
Memberships are open to individuals and organisation with tourism operations in, or serving, the East Arnhem region. Whether you’re a sole trader or a small-to-medium enterprise, the benefits of joining our networking group are wide reaching.
Membership offerings were refreshed for the 2021/2022 Financial year and now include three different categories; Full Member, Associate member and Strategic Partner. You can read more about the membership categories and associated fees below (pro rata rates are available at the Associations discretion).
Full Member - $250
Full membership is available to individuals and organisations conducting tourism-related operations.
ASSOCIATE Member - $125
Associate membership is available to individuals and organisations associated with the tourism industry.
Strategic Partner - $250
Strategic partnership is available to all government, philanthropic and non-government agencies.
